Q: How late are you open?
A: Our store hours are 11:-8:30 Monday - Thursday, Friday 11 to 6 and Saturday 9-5
Q: How long does it take to order a product?
A: Most orders come in within a 2 week time span, sooner if we have the item in our warehouse. For any order difficulties, such as back orders, our sales staff will be in contact with you to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.
Q: Do you repair instruments?
A: Yes, we can repair just about any performance instrument. We have a highly trained repair staff that can repair all fretted, stringed, band instruments. We also can recommend a professional piano tuner who can be requested to tune your piano. We can also take care of your repair needs for professoinal audio products in our shop.
Q: Do you buy used instruments?
A: Depending on current store stock, condition of instrument, value, make, year, and brand, a trade-in or purchase of an old instrumet will be considered.

A: We do not move pianos
